Hi world! My name is Tatyana, I'm so new to real estate . I'm from Staten Island NY, used to work in newspaper advertising for years. The company just closed their door in the end of June! So I'm free and eager to learn as much as I can about investments in real estate . Was planning to possibly purchase couple properties on foreclosure auctions in PA, renovate them and rent. That's my crazy plan as a beginner :)!!

Please help as much as you can with advise or direction!

Thanks a bunch in advance to everyone

Welcome to BiggerPockets Tatyana! I wouldn't say it's crazy, although I probably wouldn't recommend the foreclosure auctions for beginners. It's hard to get into them so it's hard to know what you're buying. Make sure you have a big contingency for unforeseen repairs. And make sure you know you're buying a first and there aren't any tax liens attached to a property you're bidding on. Good luck!
