Hi Andrew, as I'm reading my beginner toolkit :) , I have a stupid question :), in my initial introduction I mentioned foreclosure auctions, are these tax liens? Sorry , I'm just in a beginning of my studies

Hi world! My name is Tatyana, I'm so new to real estate . I'm from Staten Island NY, used to work in newspaper advertising for years. The company just closed their door in the end of June! So I'm free and eager to learn as much as I can about investments in real estate . Was planning to possibly purchase couple properties on foreclosure auctions in PA, renovate them and rent. That's my crazy plan as a beginner :)!!

Please help as much as you can with advise or direction!
