Hello everyone,

I'm brand new to real estate investing and I'm looking to start off in wholesaling with the ultimate goal of full time investing through rehab and buy and hold. I live in Delray Beach and I am looking to connect with experienced investors, mentors and other newbies in South Florida. I'm very excited about where this can take me!

@Marcus Handley welcome to BP! Make sure to listen to podcasts and follow the forum for wholesaling  since that's how I started. Although I must admit I have wholesaled a few deals, I myself continue educating and learning through BP.
