New in the Greater New Orleans area!

Hi BP Community!

My name is Mark and I live in the Greater New Orleans area (the Westbank actually). 

Although I'm new to this business, I've been accidentally doing it since 2004 when I rented out my house and moved into a condo (I would later move again and rent that condo out!). I have made my first intentional purchase as an Investor - a multi-family property in Old Gretna, Louisiana. I'm pretty excited about it and about to get started on renovations this weekend.

I'm still finding my way around the site - but what a great site it is! I just used one of the calculators and put my new purchase in to check it out. A great wealth of info! I'm nearly tempted to go Pro just for unlimited use of that calc! 

It's great to be here - I look forward to learning much more about this business.
