Newbie in Miami Beach/Miami

I discovered BP 9 months ago. I finished listening the last Podcast 182nd last night. I read Rich dad poor dad 10 years ago which lead me here and ordered most of the books mentioned on the Podcast and read some of it meanwhile. I got married in March and June, yes we had two just in case :-) and just got back from the honeymoon. Starting from Paris, all the way to Venice!!! We are looking to buy a house as an investment, I started to analyze deals and getting close to give an offer. I am looking for an experience investor who do not mind to teach/help and share the profit. My adding values: -4.5 tennis player, used to teach all level during my university years - play ice hockey, snowboard, ping pong - contaminated soil clean up, hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and manifest - I have time Saturday and Sunday - Love having intellectual conversation and don't mind to invite for a drink or a meal Currently : I am a quality manager ( QHSE MANAGER - for the ISO certification) Looking to buy multi family/ duplex, rehab, vacation rental one side, refinance, next.
