I'm about as new to REI as a person can get. I do have some experiece working in custom home arena. I worked for a short time for a local builder doing sales and then "suporvising construction". I put it in quotes because when I started sales I thought the slab was one big solid block of concrete. I got some funny looks at my first slab pour when I said that infront of the home owner. I was decided that day I needed to spend time in the field to get an understanding of the process. That was 2008. Yeah about that.

Well today is today. I now work in the oilfield. I invest in equities on a swing basis. I want residual income. I would ideally like to start with a few flips and then buy rentals. This is going to be a long road. But it should be one hell of a ride.
