Hi and thank you the opportunity to join this great group.

My name is Elias Camhi and I started my property management company in January of 2004.  We primarily focus on managing properties in Houston and Surrounding communities.  We grew it from the ground at 0 properties to over 400 properties under management.  I received my Texas Real Estate licence in 2006 and then obtained my Broker's licence in 2014.  Besides management, we also specialize in assisting investors in purchasing and selling their residential properties. 

I am involved in multiple groups that helps to shape the Real Estate and Property Management fields in Texas.  Some of that includes being a major investor in TREPAC (Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee), Involvement in NARPM with an RMP designation, TAR's Texas Property Management Committee and HAR's Houston Property Management Committee as well.

We aim to be the best in what we do.  Look forward to touching base and sharing stories.
