Hi @Andrew Freed, It is fairly recent, it has been about a year and a half since it passed.  The amount of paperwork we are required to handle is pretty ridiculous.  Not may people know this is a requirement and certification has to be obtained by Landlords doing their own management to management companies as they believe we are acting as contractors.  I hope this helps.

Homes built before 1978 often contain lead-based paint, which poses serious health risks, particularly to children and pregnant women.
