Hello Everyone, 

My name is Jason Sales from Central Florida. I've been finding off market deals by sending yellow letters to Motivated sellers since 2015. My question is Should i get my real-estate License to buy and sell my own homes? Also would me having my license benefit or limit me from what i am doing now with my yellow letter campaigns.
