Hi all! 

I'm not new to BiggerPockets, but had yet to create a member account. I've recently been getting more serious about finding a fix/flip and am in search of my first deal. *cough* get at me with off-market deals *cough*. :D Also, I'm looking forward to connecting with locals and learning as much as I possibly can.
