Hi BP community, 

I'm looking to learn all I can about real estate investing and get out there and put it too action. I am currently an electrician but the idea of having more freedom for my family drives me. Glad to find a community like this

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm excited to get started @Brett Snodgrass I plan to start in with wholesaling and or assignments since I have limited capital.
