thank you for your feedback very much appreciated. For my first deal should I find a house already on the market?

Starting out I've yet to see how to evaluate what the house is currently worth? How much it needs in rehab? And what will the arc be after rehab? So I need to learn how to determine those things then once you know these where in those numbers is a good deal to turn it over to someone who rehabs

Hey everyone I'm brand new and have been reading books on investing but really just want to get out there and try a deal. I want to start focusing on wholesaling but have a few questions that I don't seem to see In the books anyone with some experience willing to answer some questions?
