Newbie in Sarasota / Bradenton (Florida)

Hello BP community. I am Michael Corley.  I live in the Lakewood Ranch area with my wife and two kids.  We are active in both Sarasota and Bradenton, so I am familiar with both areas and looking to invest in either.  We have a 20-year goal of building equity by purchasing single family homes - so buy, rent and hold - which can be used for retirement or pass along to our heirs.  

I learned about BiggerPockets by listening to a podcast in which Josh Dorkin was interviewed.  I look forward to sharing and learning.
