I have worked for UPS for over 21 years. I'm at a point in my life where the fast pace of UPS is starting to take a toll on my body. My wife and I have paid off our first house, are renting it out, and bought another primary home. I really would like to work for myself and make my money work for me now. I'm interested in Flipping and Buy & Hold but it's all still really new to me. I understand, and am not expecting this to be a "Get Rich Quick" lifestyle. I'm just wanting to keep busy, take care of my family, and secure the long term future for my wife and I, and my children after we're gone.
