New Guy from San Diego/ but not new in business

I am Israel, I been in Real estate for 30 years, doing flips and building residential homes, I really don't know how many deals, I have done I think 200+, just in 2011 alone I did 40 flips, mostly in Orange County, San Diego and Riverside. I don't really know what I am looking for my son told me to join, maybe a new contractor since mine is retiring soon, new young savvy agents with good deals, and other investors to network, I do JVs here and there.
