Hello Everyone,

I'm a long time listener to the Bigger Pockets podcast and I'm looking to get started in Real Estate Investing. I work at a Professional Theatre company here in Orlando and have been investing in the stock market for more than 10 years. I still love stocks but I'm looking to diversify and broaden my horizons a bit. Since I'm a total newbie I am looking for any advice I can find. Thanks!

Welcome to BP @Brian Diaz! I recommend finishing up you profile and possibly doing some reading if you haven't already. Some of my favorite reads are:

1. Real estate millionaire

2. Book on Investing in real estate with low or no money down by Brandon Turner

3. Tax free wealth

Also, just participate here often and network with as many folks as possible captain!
