Kansas City turnkey or similar

Hi all,

after a lot of poking around on the forum, I'd like to introduce myself. I am Oliver, Austrian but living in San Francisco. My wife and I have a 4 unit rental in Austria. Since we may stay in the US for an indefinite amount of time, we are thinking of expanding our rental portfolio here.

After quite a bit of research and given our situation (awful local price/rent ratio), I am thinking a lot about investing in turnkeys or turnkey like deals in Kansas City these days. Any and all connections and advise are much appreciated.

Thank you all. I am looking forward to reading more from you,

-Oliver

@Oliver Hoeller Hi and welcome to BP!  Whether you are buying turnkey in KC or anywhere else be sure to make sure that the property management that provide, whether in house or affiliated, has a really good reputation.  Nothing is more important than the PM in the long term success of your rental performance.
