Hello from Colorado Springs

Hi all. I was on bigger pockets a while back but trying to get back in and learn as much as possible and maybe even find a mentor in Colorado springs or maybe Denver if need be.

About me: I grew up in warehouses and job sites with my dad in the plumbing wholesale field. I worked for about 2 years doing concrete (mainly foundations some flat work) I have been working in the nightlife industry (Nightclubs/raves/strip clubs) since I was 17 as well. This has helped me learn how to work with people to get to your ultimate goal.

Portfolio: I currently have a property in Woodland Park in a c/d area with a dilapidated mobile home on it.

I am trying to learn anything I can be it relevant or not (everything becomes relevant someday) and will be spending much of my time floating the forums. Please let me know if there are any Books, Seminars or things to look at.
