@David  I fully understand that just because it's not reported doesn't mean it doesn't exist I'm just trying to find ways to clear up some of the things off my credit reports IE medical bills Etc in order to raise my reported score

@Bob what did you base your dispute off of? Not you, incorrect information or something else

so I've boon looking into ways to clear some negatives off my credit. I've been reading into what's refferd  to as the section 609 credit loophole where you dispute the right for someone to report on your credit based off the fact that they have to verify you through the credit agency before the loan is issued. Now I'm still looking into this and I do understand that even if you get it removed you are still responseble for the debt. Is this something that actually works or is it better to pay someone like Lexington law

I can't stay away seeing as it's my ex-wife and we have a child together I tried to report this once before and they brushed It Off and they've been doing this for 5 years or more with multiple people living there paying them rent so I'm just trying to figure out if this is the way Section 8 normally handles things or if they actually take these reports serious

i should clarify. I'm not looking at doing fraud I know of a situation that it is going on and I was wondering if it is normal for it to just be brushed off like it was when I tried to report it. I have a property that hopefully will be back on the market within a year depending on how things go and I have considered accepting Section 8 with that said I'm hesitant if fraud is just brushed off when reported. So I'm trying to find out is this the norm for it to be just brushed off or was that rare situation and in the situation that I'm aware of should I report it to a higher level or just shrug my shoulders and walk away

How serious is fraud taken in section 8 rentals. I know of someone that has had people living with them and paying rent. When reported it was brushed off. Is this the normal response from local offices or no.

The past 2 tenants I have done a work for rent agreement with, NOTHING was done. While I learned alot it left the trailer unlivable. The trailer needs a complete rehab, It needed new shingles and because it was never done and my inability to get up there in the winter after eviction, there are holes in the roof, insulation falling through the ceiling ect. When I talk about no expenses I was talking outside of taxs and such so below 2k a year. The trailer is in an area that has been dubbed Tweeker Acres so no, no development is headed in its direction. The numbers to get a trailer up there are estimates. I really dont know how much it would be. There is currently a double wide up there that I would like to stick to the same size if I replace it.

A few things pop up to me. I know the lease for the apartment Im currently in has a 24 hr clause that maintenance can come in with notice to fix things or for inspection. Now if you thought the dog was going to eat you, why let her bring it? I value what I see more than what someone tells me most times. Have you contacted the vet to verify that it was from his office, he/she personally tested the dog, and he personalty signed off on the certification. That may give you a loop hole if she had a friend of hers that was a vet tech or something like that do it for her.

As far as service dogs go, The ADA has nothing for emotinal support dogs. Thats the FHA. My understanding is that you can require documentation from a Dr. about the fact they are required to have the animal. You can not however require documentation about the training they have received.

This is a note from the King county website that I think will help you alot.
