Looking for experienced R.E. Agent/Investor to work with to find my first deal in CA or out of state. I'm positioned and eager to start with the right person. Thanks!

Hi Jen, I just connected with BP as well, so am hesitant to write or say anything as the more I watch and listen, the less I feel I know! To be honest, I haven't been on the site as much as I should to take in all the info it has to offer. The first thing I would like to do is connect with people from the Bay Area, specifically the East Bay where I was born and raised. I've also had my Real Estate license since I was 21 but don't actively use it but have basic knowledge (however, probably just enough to make me dangerous...lol). I've been looking into investing out of the state as well, but I'd rather stay close to my investments. I have several different scenarios I'm wanting to do but I really need advice and a network/group/Meetup, etc. to bounce ideas around with. I'm in the Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area. If you would like to chat or know of any group, etc. that is helpful, please let me know. Good luck to you! Starla
Hi Ali, Thanks! This site is amazing as well as the people and support that is available! Best, Starla
Hi Ryan, Thank you! I agree that diving into everything BP has to offer is the best thing I can do as well as building and surrounding myself with a network of individuals on the same path. Do you have any meetings/groups that you would recommend in the Bay Area, more specifically the East Bay, I should attend? I've wasted my time on a few occasions with people just trying to promote their own agenda. Thanks for contacting me and sharing your information. Every contact helps. Best, Starla
Thank you Andrew.... I just listened to your dad's BP podcast #140 for the 3rd time! After just saying that, I definitely think I have analysis paralysis! Being a Christ follower, I don't believe much in coincidence, but I just saw your post after I looked up Stewardship Properties this morning wondering if I should/contact you all for advice. I don't know about protocol on this site so I guess I'll find out, but I want to ask if you can recommend/guide me in the direction of Christ follower (specifically not saying just "Christian") type of REI meet ups, individuals, investment groups, anything that could help me move forward in my investing or lack thereof, at this point? I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, more specific, the East Bay. (FYI...My son and I are going to invest together....I've been the parent/co-signer, lost every deposit mom for 5 years of said son (lol), and plan to start with student housing in Sonoma where he lives and will occupy the SFH 1st property.) Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

New to BP but not investing (have R.E. license) in 1980.  Positioned for my 1st deal but not sure of the area.  1st choice is to stay in the Bay Area where I live/know.  May have to go out of state to AZ where family is and can help manage, etc.  Interested in student housing/area.  Ready to go but not confident where? This is my post this week but the more I learn the less I feel I know, so it may change next week.  Thanks!

PS...In 9 months of studying and researching, BP is where it's at, hands down!
