Hi my name is Katherine and I go by Kat.  I was born in the Philippines and moved here when I was 12 years old.   Currently, I am a nurse anesthetist for 5 years and live in Humble Texas.  My husband and I kinda fumbled thru our first investment home, not really knowing how to calculate everything and not really knowing what to expect.  A friend of mine recommended the real estate investing by Brandon Turner and consequently found this community and I was hooked since then.  Thank you all for sharing all your knowledge.  With the biggerpockets community and all these great books, I hope to acquire 100 plus unit.  Real estate investing is my path to financial freedom.  I hope to invest in the surrounding Houston areas as well as home country, Philippines.
