Good Morning Everyone,

Just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Alfie, but most people call me Al and I am new to the BP site. I'm new to the real estate world and I'm looking to learn and network with others from all over. I have taken courses on REI and have attended conferences as well. I believe I will begin in the wholesaling world before I venting into actual flips and renovations. Any advice and insight is more than welcome. I am open to learning and understanding the REI business and what it takes to be successful.
