Hi All,

I am a new member from California looking to invest in other states. I am still new at this, but I am learning more and more everyday. I would like to eventually learn about multifamily investing. I am looking forward to connecting with other investors and in doing so creating some relationships.

Hi Israel!

Welcome to BP!!! This is definitely a great place to learn and network. What other states are you interested in? Do you have a market you are already researching? I am currently investing out of state as well. Let me know if I can ever help. Again welcome to the community!

Cheers,
