Newbie from Lexington, KY
Hi everyone! I live in Lexington, KY and I'm new to real estate investing. My husband and I want to use real estate investing as an opportunity to create financial freedom for our family. We are particularity interested in rental properties. My goal is to use Biggerpockets to learn as much as I can about real estate investing and to build network connections. I look forward to finding our first deal!

Welcome to BP! I'd suggest joining the local REIA, the Bluegrass Real Estate Investors Group, They have regular monthly meetings. You can check their Facebook page where they announce them.
Meeting are free to attend, and are mostly meet & greet\networking. The next one is scheduled for June 28.
