Real Estate Agent/Investor in Arizona
Hey all.
My name is Justin Owens. I am looking to buy my first buy and hold property. I have flipped (2), hacked (2), subdivided (2), bought handyman specials for personal residences (2), built custom homes (2) and even moved and rented back previous residences (2), but never bought with the intent to rent. Seems I have done 2 of everything.
I have been in real estate since 2003 as a real estate agent but never been full time. I do about 4 to 6 transactional deals a year representing mostly family and friends but not limited to that. I have another full time job in another field.
I am looking at Clayton Morris' (Morris Invest) offerings in Indiana or perhaps a duplex here in Gilbert AZ or the East Valley. I have lived on the east side most of my life. I went to Chandler High and ASU. 5 generation desert rat.

Hi Justin and welcome to the site. Message me and I can get you a property in east Mesa that's ready to rent and needs very little if anything. Great buy and hold opportunity but probably too tight to flip.
