Newbie Wholesaler/Flipper in Denver, CO

My name is Burris. I'm new to real estate and have been doing a LOT of research and discovery before I start designing my company. I'm originally from Georgia, but moved to Denver six years ago with my wife, Leslie. She is in network marketing and I work for a utility company at the moment. We are getting into REI (wholesaling, flipping, B&H, etc.) to change the dynamic of our family. We have 4 children. I came to join BP by running into their podcast. I still have lots of questions, and the forums help out so much. Thanks!

@Randall Burris

Glad to have you on Bp and appreciate your desire to do things right. I've been a wholesaler for over 10 years and have also done some flipping and would say that running things ethically will cause you to lose a bit here and there, but ultimately will build your reputation and therefore your business as you gain buyers who love making deals with you and people with whom there is mutual trust. All the best!
