I am Cameron, an RN looking for something new to learn outside of my day job and a way to invest in the financial future of my family. It is just my wife and I so far, which is amazing! I am so new to this, my pinky toe nail might be wet. We currently live in Riverside, CA and rent a small house. I am interested in single-family rentals, possibly duplexes, fixing and holding or BRRR I think is what Brandon calls it.
