Hi.. My name is Skip Dell.. I'm very new to the Real Estate world and I can use all the advice I can get.. I'm 50yrs old and I work in heavy construction.. I won't be able to do that forever.. So I would like to start flipping properties to make extra money, and also look into multi family properties as well to start a nice revenue stream.. So my wife and I are now ready to start looking to do our first deal... We just formed our LLC and are ready to go.. Any help with advice we can get will be great appreciated.. Thank you..
