Good Afternoon all,

I am from Washington State and have found a nice piece of property that would be able to have 4-5 duplexes built on it. However, I have no way to finance the land and the build out of the property, so that is why I joined BP. 

Looking for education, help, and either investors or equity partners so that I can get the project going and change my family's future.

That land value seems high for the Tri Cities.

How is your local inventory there? Spokane is sitting on 1.07 months on market.

Depending on your zoned density, you could sub the lot for 6 homes with 6400 sqft lots.

There's a lot of factors going into something like this and I'm not an expert at any of this.

Let's see if we can get some others from Pasco, Richland, or Kennewick to pipe in.
