Dave Townsend...Construction / project management / estimating background. Have flipped about 7 house. Found BP browsing for real estate web sights...looks to be filled with a ton of info...so I joined...tired of working twelve hour days for someone (great job and very appreciative) Time goes so fast...so looking to get into wholesaling or fix and flips full time. Welcome any advice, partners, Etc.
