Dave Townsend...Construction / project management / estimating background. Have flipped about 7 house. Found BP browsing for real estate web sights...looks to be filled with a ton of info...so I joined...tired of working twelve hour days for someone (great job and very appreciative) Time goes so fast...so looking to get into wholesaling or fix and flips full time. Welcome any advice, partners, Etc. Enjoy seeing properties go from trashed to something a family can move into and enjoy...let's see what happens...Thanks in advance for the web sight and the help it brings to all of us!
