Hi, my name is Kionnon Harris and I am just starting out in real estate investing. I am 25 years old, I have two small children, and I am currently working as a Hair stylist but am no longer fully satisfied with that line of work. I want to get into Real Estate investing as a wholesaler and fix and flipper. I came to find Bigger Pockets from a book I read called Bigger Pockets: The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing (great book by the way). Well Kionnon Harris you are in the right place. I came across this site a couple months ago and have been listening to the FREE podcasts every day driving to and from work. You can also find a forum on just about any topic you want to learn more about. And there are also FREE webinars weekly. It's a great community of people. I too am in Richmond VA. Wish you the best.
