Hi Everyone,

I'm a web developer commuting to NYC. I have been reading forums and following the BP podcasts for a while. I'm located in Union City/Weehawken  area. Very new to real estate investing but reading books, watching videos, listening podcasts and saving up for a possible investment for a while. Just wanted to introduce myself to this great community and hoping to be a part of it.

Entirely possible. Go FHA, 3.5% down and save the rest. Don't be picky about cosmetics and buy in Weehawken if you can, appreciation will be much greater.
