As a yellow letter business owner... I can say that the most I have received for orders on postcards for an estimate has been between 1500 to 2000......others might do more....and after mailing them calls started coming in about 3 days after the postcards left my post office. I am unsure on how many calls versus the number mailed received but hoping this helps with a number that is usually mailed :)

Hey guys and gals!! I have been on BP for a while and decided it was time to post my introduction. I love learning all the information that is on here. It is awesome to connect with other like minded individuals. I have been a wholesaler since March 2016 and looking forward to building up to purchasing first rehab. I would love to connect with others from the Chattanooga and surrounding area.....other wholesalers, cash buyers, rehabbers and investors. I have access to the expired MLS listings and do a lot of marketing. I even write my own very effective 3 page hand written yellow letters...and have done a few for a couple other wholesalers :) I have to say I love everything about REI and writing my own ebooks about topics pertaining to real estate...
