I'm brand spanking new to both real estate investing and Chicago. I've always been inspired to pursue passive income and after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad I've had the real estate itch. Recently picked up The Millionaire Real Estate Investor and I'm excited to get started with my first rental property :)
