Post: Starting a Real Estate Lead Brokerage

Hey all,

I'm planning to open an online real estate lead brokerage specifically for REIs.

My plan in short is to drive niche traffic, convert a form fill, qualify the lead, and partner with local investors to sell the lead to (pay per lead, not subscription).

What considerations should I be thinking about? Please poke holes in this plan!

Thanks,

James

Thanks for the reply @Michael Wentzel

I suppose there are a ton of different ways REI's can use a site - and not only limited to investing, there's also fiduciary businesses like contracting and other services.

Can you provide any links to those template websites? I'd like to get an idea of their service offerings.

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated!

Hey all,

I'm new to REI and feel that the best way to get involved is to connect with investors through my web developer skills. Do investors use websites? What for? How can I best serve REI's as a web developer as I learn and grow as an REI myself?

Any insight is truly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

James

Hey guys, new to both BP and Chicago and I'm looking to get familiar with the multi family rental market in Chicago. Prices, rents, neighborhoods etc. Where is the best place to find this info so I can get a lay of the land and start analyzing my first deals?

Thanks!

Hey all!

I'm brand spanking new to both real estate investing and Chicago. I've always been inspired to pursue passive income and after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad I've had the real estate itch. Recently picked up The Millionaire Real Estate Investor and I'm excited to get started with my first rental property :)

I'd love to connect with anyone in Chicago or anyone who's also on the path to their first property.
