Hi everyone, I'm a small time investor looking to learn. I've been particularly interested into how one might grow past where their income can take them, particularly partners or investors and how you would structure the agreement.

@Jack Young Every REI Acquisition is unique and involving different personalities meaning the numbers, needs, and definitions (what is a deal, desired ROI, desired COC Return, etc.) You asked about how to structure the agreement. The best answer I can give you is a question I have always utilized: "What needs to be done to create a WIN-WIN Situation, for all vested parties?" If you do this and maintain a big picture mentally, your partnerships will be fruitful. My portfolio was mostly developed through Joint Ventures and Equity Partnerships. Much to your success!
