New member- AZ to NC

Hello everyone!

What a great networking/informational website I've stumbled upon today! I'm so thrilled to have learned so much in such a short amount of time. I moved to Charlotte, NC about a year ago but would say my heart is still in Arizona since I lived there my whole life.
I am so ready to get started and would love any advice, help, guidance, etc that can be offered. I've always imagined myself as the type to fix & flip or quick turn a property, but it seems that wholesaling might offer a newbie like me a great place to get started. Although I'm a licensed Realtor in AZ I think I've come to realize that there's a lot more out there in the real estate world!!
