Hi everyone my name is Shanair and me and my coworker Mark are just getting our feet wet in real estate. Real estate is something I planned on doing for a while but always thought I needed to generate income. My background includes 10 years Active Duty and I own one property that I currently rent out in Atlanta, GA. I've watched multiple seminars and actually physically been to some.
