Hello everyone,

My name is Tony, and I work as an Assistant Project Manager for a real estate investing company based out of San Diego.  I handle the LA market for them.

In 2015 we flipped over 70 single family houses in San Diego and LA area.  This year 2016 we are projected to flip approximately 80 homes.

We primarily stay under 650k ARV. Our company performs quick with a cash budget.
