Coincidentaly, I was listening to a Bigger Pockets podcast today that talked a little about HUD properties. While old, I think there is some good information there. It is podcast #043 with @Shaun Reilly who I believe also blogs here too. Good luck!

Thank you @Crystal Smith. I couldn't agree more with your recommendations. Listening to so many fascinating stories and recommendations on the podcasts have helped us see a path forward. One of my favorite podcasts is #002. Listening to Karen Rittenhouse was very inspirational. The way she describes her real estate investing journey, made me connect and confirm all of my fears and at the same time made me think that this is within our reach in a very down to earth way.

Since we began working on this, my TV time has significantly reduced and we are staying away from the stores which is saving us some money! We are using this time to read, joining webminars and learn more about our market.  Thanks for reaching out!
