Been trying to get into the game for a while now but have been moving for work for the last few years. Now that I am settled in Connecticut, i guess there is no better time to start to build my portfolio. Currently living in West Hartford and looking in the immediate area (out to bristol). Nice to be apart of the community, hopefully I will be able to learn a thing or two from the vets on this site.

Congrats on taking the first step to wealth and financial freedom, just don't give up as there is a lot of learning to do and hard work but it will pay off handsomely! At the end of each podcast the guest recommended one real estate book and one business book, I've started a list of these and am chipping away at those too.
