Hi all.. I am new to this site.. I found it through a recent book that I am reading, and am excited to see the resources and get to know some great folks on here... Along with being a Real Estate agent, I am looking to begin my long awaited journey in Real Estate investing...  Everything I have read says that there are great folks with experience out there that are happy to share their experiences....  I am looking forward to hearing some of your stories and situations..  both successes and failures...
