Hello everyone. I am a Merchant Mariner, US Navy Reservist, and now a new Real Estate Investor. I closed on my first buy and hold property in December 2015 and I am currently under contract on a second property. Because of my chaotic work schedule (28 days at sea followed by 28 days off), I've been using a cradle to grave management company to help acquire and manage the properties. I am currently invested remotely in Jacksonville and Houston. I am always looking for new opportunities and strategies regarding REI's. As a young investor, I am basically learning on the fly so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with you all.
