Hello Friends,

I'm a new member here in Bigger Pockets. I'm their biggest podcast fan. I often put in my playlist in my 'Podcasts' app and listen to them religiously. 

So I would like to connect with the members who have ideas in 'Triangle area' (Raleigh-Durham) market to help me about opportunities here. Also, I would like to know about any on-going 'meetups' or groups.
