I was told to attach the survey sketch of the house (Adding new porch) along with the Residential Building Permit. How do I get one? I'm in Raleigh, NC area.

I called my Lender to see if I can do HELOC on my current Primary residence. I was advised not to do any hel loans as I'm in the process of another Mortgage loan. Is there any other creative way to get the HELOC for my other properties? Please advise.

Hi @Evan W. as @Shanell Schenker mentioned it is close to Downtown Raleigh and major highway. Other than that it is slowly picking up. I recently got a property in SE Raleigh and i plan to rent it out. Although appreciation is slowly picking up here.

@Arn Cenedella Greenville, SC recently got my attention having families living little up north in Asheville. Are you mostly doing Buy-n-hold (BRRR) in Greenville? Are the zipcodes you mentioned mostly suburb areas like Simpsonville, SC? Is it like a triad area like in RTP area?

Looking for a great Plumbers/ Contractors in Raleigh, North Carolina area? I have a concrete slab foundation house with 3/ 1.5 bath and would like to convert it to full 3/2 bath. Any recommendations?

I know about cap rate, NOI and other metrics. But what is the most important thing to look for when buying your Multifamily (4+ units)? For example, it is a slightly older apartment with couple units needing full rehab. Is there a multifamily calculator? I have been using BP calculator for SFH.
