@Justin Wotring congratulations on taking action! Sounds like you have a great property manager/realtor along with a nice property.

Also audio books if you have a long commute or time at work where that wouldn’t distract you from your job.

@Jinyu Shao not sure how your basement is wired but it might be easier and cheaper to have the basement wired to your meter rather then adding an additional meter. Good luck!

Hi Brandon, nice to meet you.thanks for your message.  I wasn't looking to just tag along. Sorry if that's how i made it sound. I was trying to help someone's existing business but without the experience or knowing any of these investors yet how do I know how I can help them? If I knew them or there business then I could see where they need help.I was trying to find out where the Investors needed help so I could find where I can add value.  I am just starting out "driving for dollars" trying to put a list together. If anybody has any additional advise it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank you both very much! I agree 100% Russell.that's why I'm looking to learn as much as possible so when I have mastered my personal finances I'll be ready to invest. I've been listening to the podcasts. Also i have just started driving neighborhoods so I can start to narrow down the areas I would like to focus on investing in.

Hello,

I'm looking to learn as much as I can while I get my finances straightened out.I'm in the Clearwater/ Dunedin area. If any investors need some help and are willing to show me the ropes in my spare time, as I work 40+ hours/week just let me know. So evenings and/or weekends would be perfect. Thanks for taking the time to read this and have yourself a great day!

OK so I'm a newbie and have been reading a lot but just got done reading lifeonaire and made me rethink most of what I've learned. So my question is does anybody have a plan for acquiring Cash and investing with all cash?no debt. curious to see what your thoughts are on this. Thanks!
