I'm not of the mindset that I'm going to make a fortune with this and know there's hard work ahead. If I have to do some handy work myself (which I'm more than capable) then great, I enjoy it. Just hope there's an opportunity for me without being 'outbid' so to speak by other investors with more money.

Just looking for 1 opportunity, to start, and see how that goes. If it goes well, keep pushing.

Hopefully this is in the right category.

I haven't started my REI career yet, but just concerned or curious about other investors or flippers in my area taking all of the opportunities before I'm able to even get started. Maybe cart before horse, but it's a concern I have.

How do you guys deal with that kind of thing?

Cheers

It's an ongoing process for me, as it's my own home, so there's been no rush, but so far I've spent about 6-8 hours on it. 3 of which was just learning how, and taking my time.

Is there any way to do this on the Android app?

In the middle of renovating my own bathroom. It's daunting, but when you actually get into it, it's not that bad. The good thing is, is if you screw up, you can always tear it down and redo from scratch. YouTube helped me with a couple of boo boos and I learned a ton by just doing it.

Ikea is a great place for newer looking but decently priced bathrooms.
