my wife and I have purchased land and plan to put up a new house the end of summer. The question was what to do with our old house. We both thought sell, but after speaking to friends who own property, it sounded like a good idea to explore renting. We would be taking a loss on our house as we bought when the market was high. I was wondering what our 1st initial steps should be?  Thanks for your time. Vinny
