New to this, from Colorado Springs

I'm Ryan, and I decided to start investing in real estate after hearing a commercial on the radio for a book by Preston Ely. After doing some homework, I decided Brandon Turner's book on investing with low or no money down was for me. I had no idea about any of the strategies in his book, and it has definitely changed my outlook on investing. Brandon put an "I can do this" mindset into me and I'm very excited. I'm still reading as much as I can everyday so I can make sure my first deal is a good one. I'm ok with starting small and building up, and I would love to hear from anyone and everyone on here as to how I can be successful. I look forward to talking with everyone, and thanks for reading!
